City need a win

CARDIFF CITY the road for a league fixture with Peterborough hoping for three points and move up the league table. The Bluebirds have only not won on the road since the opening get of the season against West Ham. The other games saw the Welshman collect three points from four games.

The last time Cardiff visited Peterborough’s London Road Stadium was that diabolical 4-4 game when fourth place Cardiff were four goals by halftime only for bottom club Peterborough pull all four goals back. Cardiff were 4-2 up with a minute to go when they made it 4-3 and three minutes late in injury time they squared the game to the amazement of Cardiff City fans everywhere.

Tonight City will be without striker Kenny Miller according to reports while Darcy Blake will be in contention for the match squad. Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay is hoping Miller was be fit for Saturday’s home game against Barnsley. Peterborough are two places and a point below Cardiff on 16pts and come into the game off an away win at Bristol City last weekend.
