CARDIFF City have signed Coventry defender Ben Turner and he will be the only business boss Malky Mackay has planned for today. The last day of the transfer window that is until the loans window ends next week .
The fee is believed to be £750,000 without Parkin who could not agree terms over a deal to sign for Coventry has part of the deal.
His hometown team Birmingham City were rumoured to be interested, but was it just a rumour or he decided to join the Bluebirds.
Turner out injured since November last year with a knee injury, but is fit now and ready for first team action.
He will now have to compete with Cardiff existing defenders for a berth in the starting line-up and has signed a three-year-deal with Championship rivals Cardiff City.

We get a crocked defender and don't offload Parkin (failed medical).
Don't we need a winger and a forward and ??? OK obviously not - well that's our play-off place guaranteed.
is he good
Highly rated by Coventry supporters...as long as he stays fit. Bad kneee injury last season. Interestingly he qualifies for Wales and has represented the enemy at U19 level.
