Goytre United 2-3 Carmarthen Town
It was Welsh Cup time last weekend blink and you would have missed it because like the nor it didn’t set the football world alight. Goytre United lead my trail to Carmarthen for this Third Round Welsh Cup encounter.
Carmarthen Town run out 3-2 winners which was reported to have been entertaining game and victory means they are how facing GAP Connah's Quay at home in the Forth Round in January.
The FAW need to do someing to up the profile of the competition maybe allowing the teams playing in the English set-up back into the Cup would be a start. But would they be interested in joining just would the chance of European football be a draw.
