| Meades training in the rain with FK Moss |
Cardiff City boss Dave Jones has made the decision to send Cardiff City youngster Jonathan Meades to Norwegian side FK Moss on a short-term loan deal until 15 November. Has of yet the young player has not made the first team but is highly thought as a player of the future at Cardiff City.
FK Moss currently play in the second division in Norway, Adeccoligaen. They are struggling right above the relegation battle with 12 games left in their season.
It is unlikely he would get much if any first team action this season so a loan deal with the intention of gaining first-team experience with be helpful to the player. The 18-year-old defender has just signed his first one-year professional contract on leaving the Bluebirds Academy.
In the official statement on the Cardiff City website:
"We wish Jon all the best for his time in Norway and look forward to him rejoining us in the autumn."Meades is the first of a few players who are expected to be loaned out by boss Dave Jones in the next coming week.
