I do know my spelling, grammar and punctuation is CRAP. I put it down to my lack of schooling preferring to mitch (truanting from school) rather than go to school. The joke is firmly on me now, which will bring a smile to any of my old English teachers.

Is Loovens the big mystery signing for next week?

"Hi Dave guess what"
I'm coming home I done my time
Today McLedley will be sitting in the Celtic dressing room preparing to face those giants of Scottish football St Mirren, oh life in the fast lane. However he could be about to lose an old team mate for back in the day has Glenn Loovens is linked with a return to a much changed Cardiff City.

Loovens was link a month or so with a return to Cardiff but the rumour went away, but now it back with news Cardiff have all but sign a new player who has asked for time to think on the deal. Loovens must feel a tad unloved and unwanted up north has he is out of favour with the Celtic manager and he has become a bit of a target for the boo boys.

He left Cardiff in August 2008 in a £2.5million deal which saw the Bluebird pocket a big profit on the £250,000 Cardiff paid Feyenoord for his services. In May Feyenoord were reported be seeking the help of FIFA in a dispute between the two clubs over Feyenoord claim that Cardiff owe them £750,000 as part of a sell-on clause applicable to Glenn Loovens’ move to Celtic.

If he were to join the Cardiff revolution someone could have to go. His (Loovens) best position is at centre-half and Cardiff boss Dave Jones has a lot of cover in that spot. The walesonline.co.uk website has a rumour that Gerrard may be allowed out on loan to Sheffield Wednesday. Cardiff has taken an option one a permanent deal at the end of the season.

Just a footnote to McLedley if Loovens re-signs with the Bluebirds he will be bring his cash of medals and silverware = 1 Scottish League Cup medal.
