I do know my spelling, grammar and punctuation is CRAP. I put it down to my lack of schooling preferring to mitch (truanting from school) rather than go to school. The joke is firmly on me now, which will bring a smile to any of my old English teachers.

Heaton playing - 2nd round draw live on Sky Sports tomorrow

If we beat Burton Albion the 2nd round draw will be shown live on Sky Sports around 10:15pm.

This is the first ever meeting between these clubs they are managed by Paul Peschisolido, who started is managerial career as assistant manager at League of Ireland club St Patrick's Athletic. May 2009 he took up the post with Burton taking over from Nigel Clough.

He is married to Karren Brady Vice-chairman of West Ham United

It has been long trip to reach the Football League, 1950-51 they joined the Birmingham & District, reaching their goal of League Football by winning the Conference in 2008-09.

Team news Cardiff City

Cardiff City boss Dave Jones will not be playing his new midfield signing Seyi Olofinjana in this Carling Cup fixture. However Jones will have to make at least three changes. Darcy Blake is on international duty so was David Marshall who travelled to join the Scotland squad but was sent back with an elbow injury. Jones told the BBC Wales Sport that Kevin McNaughton has a slight knock on Sunday and could be doubtful. Definitely playing and making his debut is keeper Tom Heaton.

Team news Burton Albion

Albion boss Paul Peschisolido has his own international problems he will be without Jacques Maghoma, who is away on international duty with DR Congo. He (Peschisolido) will not risk Darren Moore out with a sore Achilles, there is a doubt with right-back Andrew Corbett

All of the Premier League clubs not involved in European competition enter the Carling Cup in the second round. The teams who have qualified for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Cup will enter at round three.
