I do know my spelling, grammar and punctuation is CRAP. I put it down to my lack of schooling preferring to mitch (truanting from school) rather than go to school. The joke is firmly on me now, which will bring a smile to any of my old English teachers.

Cardiff free from the taxman

TG with Cardiff City chief executive
Gethin Jenkins
Cardiff City Football Club has fended off another winding-up petition in the High Court today after being told that debts to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs had been paid.

It means the club have escaped the threat of a transfer embargo being re-imposed so City boss Dave Jones can get on with bring in new blood.

The board still have a minefield of scheduled payment to pay toward the goal of the Malaysians investors to put the club on an even keel. After reassuring manager Dave Jones and then the players the fans can feel the same has the club looks to be safe for now.

So far the Malaysians have kept to their word since they became the largest shareholders at the club and taking control. They have been like a breath of fresh air to the club like never before, It must be said over the year Cardiff City have been run into the ground by various chairman/owners.
