Is Cardiff under another transfer embargo? According to the South Wales Echo the Bluebirds are because of another winding-up petition on the club.
It is becoming hard to be a Cardiff City fan with all the negativity and bad news but it can never dull the love for the Bluebirds.
The club are adamant the bill of just over £1.3million will be paid and the embargo lifted and will not delay Cardiff City boss Dave Jones preparations for the new season. Cardiff kick-off their pre-season friendlies on Thursday night with a trip to Bath, 7pm kick-off.
Jones is believed to have a number of season long loan deals in the pipeline but while the embargo as placed a hold on them. Jones must be hoping that no other managers take an interest in his targets.
The only new face show will be goalkeeper Tom Heaton if his transfer was completed before the transfer embargo.
