Cardiff City have name a fixture for their upcoming tour they will be playing Portimonense Sporting Clube. Portimonense were promoted last season after finish second in the Division One and this season will be playing in Portuguese Liga.
City manager Dave Jones will be taking his full squad to Portugal minus three of the squad who will stay back at the clubs Vale of Glamorgan headquarters for some specific fitness work. The three are defender Miguel Comminges and midfielders Solomon Taiwo and Aaron Wildig.
The Portuguese outfit as a large number of Brazilian players in the squad for the new season as they build for life in the top Portuguese league. Portimonense SC hometown is Portimão and their stadium Estádio Municipal de Portimão its capacity is 9,544 allow the friendly will be played elsewhere.
