Could Keane get his man again

Could he be off again
According to the press Ipswich boss Roy Keane is move ever closer to Cardiff City valuation of Michael Chopra.

Keane is on his second attempt to try and tempt Cardiff to sell Chopra earlier offering £3million now offering a rumoured £3.75million. The valuation currently on the City striker is £4million and there is still no guarantee Cardiff boss Dave Jones and the new board would want to sell.

Will Dave Jones want to break up the Chopra and Bothroyd partnership? I would think not, that could change if the Bellamy rumour came true but that looks unlikely. For the deal to happen Manchester City will have to expect a loan deal with a percentage of the wages been paid. The percentage is thought to be the stumbling block and stopping the talks progressing any further.

If Ipswich pull off the deal it will be the second time Keane had bought Chopra having paid Cardiff £5million to take him to Sunderland when he was manager there. That at price £4million Keane will have spent £9million shopping at Cardiff City.

Very unlikely. Why would Chops want to move to another Champ club for a previous boss that sat him on the bench for the most part?
