I do know my spelling, grammar and punctuation is CRAP. I put it down to my lack of schooling preferring to mitch (truanting from school) rather than go to school. The joke is firmly on me now, which will bring a smile to any of my old English teachers.

Cardiff City are in the Play-offs after a 1-0 win over QPR putting last season failure to sleep has Cardiff fans around the world celebrate. Its Cardiff City time now, over the last few seasons Cardiff has been knocking on the door and just missing out. Hands on heart, if you take away the present off the field problems with have had a great time, a FA Cup final and now the Play-offs will it be time to take the final step.

The target now is a trip to London and Wembley at the end of May for the final. However there are four games to play, two in the league and a two leged Play-off semi-final. Before that the club have a date with the taxman in the high court, the club need to sort out the investment and map out a future.

The Malaysian connection ‘TG’ will be back in the country midweek for more talks and to watch the Sheffield Wednesday game. He will see a team only three games from the Premiership and all the means, money and exposure that comes with it.

It’s a three way battle between Leicester, Swansea and Blackpool for the remaining two spots (see table) for the pleasure of joining Nottingham Forest and the Bluebirds in the final four, just be happy it is not us. The season is not over now there is still a final position to play for with Nottingham Forest losing at Blackpool today as given Cardiff a chnace to finish in third place.
