Talking to the BBC the City boss said it was not some much an argument more a heated discussion which is now behind them after a clear the air meeting. Jones speaking to the BBC said, "It's over-exaggerated and everything else, but we have heated discussions. We have arguments because we care - people think you don't care.
"If I argue with the people that are around me, then it's better than going home and arguing with the wife."
Both men took the chance to have a full discussing over the current situation with the club on and off the field of play. With everyone, silent and tight-lipped over what is going on with the club the mind of fans are left to run wild.
With this out of the way now Jones has to knock down now has Cardiff have a busy few weeks ahead, after Middlesbrough and until April 5th will be playing Saturday/Sunday plus a midweek game. If Cardiff are to keep up the push for a play-off the small squad will have to stay injury free the best they can.
There a number of important games coming up, Cardiff have to play fifth place Leicester City twice plus Swansea (Home) and Nottingham Forest (Away)at the bringing of April but games will be televised along with the Crystal Palace game the Saturday before the Swansea game.
