It looks like a min-league in the High Court tomorrow with no less than four football teams in court. The action takes place in Court 56 and in the first sitting at 10:30 there is non-League club Hinckley United who play in the Conference North who will be fighting off a winding up order. In the next sitting after an 11:00am there are no football teams most of winding up orders has a rule most case are just simply rubber stamped.
That the 11:30am it will be the list involving Cardiff, first up will be Portsmouth who are on the list twice for some reason. They were hoping to have their case dropped but at the time of writing there news. There are rumoured they have offer a lunp sum and want to set-up a payment play for the rest, it don’t look to good on that idea.
After Pompey it is time Southend United up before the judge will all four of us get out safe, has long as it us I do not care.
Cardiff City are up next in front of Mrs Registrar Derrett who adjourned the winding up moves back in November giving the club 70 days to settle what back then undisclosed debt. Hopefully a deal can be settle before the court case but if the Inland Revenue are playing hard ball with Portsmouth are they doing the same with us. Therefore, we should no after 12noon tomorrow.
