The mystery of the firm rumour to be seeking a new winding up against Cardiff City revealed has South Wales Echo as a small South Wales fair Shine Food Machinery, of Newport. A winding-up petition was reported to have been taken out in county court in Cardiff just before Christmas against Cardiff City Stadium Limited, a sister company of the football club for whom it carried out the work on the stadium.They are chasing a debt of more than £750,000 for work done in the new stadium installs commercial kitchens, fitted out the catering kitchens. According to the paper Shine were happy to adjourn the count case because the debt was being reduced and that half the debt had already been paid.
At the EGM on Wednesday when the subject of a second winding up order was raised the meeting was told the club indicated they were hopeful of agreeing a payment deal before the next the court date on April 28. >>>>> Echo Article
