I do know my spelling, grammar and punctuation is CRAP. I put it down to my lack of schooling preferring to mitch (truanting from school) rather than go to school. The joke is firmly on me now, which will bring a smile to any of my old English teachers.

Will anyone go before teatime tomorrow

The January transfer window closes at 5pm tomorrow and the best outcome for Dave Jones and Cardiff City fans is that there are no phone calls or agents dropping by for a chat. We can’t afford to lose one player allow chairman Peter Ridsdale could be up for the call in his desperate search for money to pay the taxman and other bills.

They have been rumours of interest in striker Ross McCormack from Celtic but it looks like paper talk, but that has not stopped the player coming out say he would love to join a team he supported since he was a boy. McCormack told the Sunday Mail: "I'm happy at Cardiff and focusing on getting the club into the Premiership.
"But everyone knows I'm a massive Celtic fan. I had a season ticket for Parkhead and always said I'd like to play for them at some point. Going there would interest any player.''

He was in the same place in the summer with Hull City linked to him but they were not interested in paying the asking price believed to be £5million.

Michael Chopra has not been link to Ipswich officially but manager Roy Keane when asked about the rumour started on an unofficial website he said, "Chops is a very, very good striker. Whether our club can afford him on his wages remains to be seen." Does that mean they are planning an offer could they afford him but why would the City striker join a team just above the relegation spot.

There are a few other gems at the club to we need to be care of losing, defender Adam Matthews he has had the rare reviews and now has a host of Premier League clubs sending scouts out to watch him and he could soon be join by another youngster midfielder Aaron Wildig. Wildig has made a string of steady performances since moving up to the first team squad. Of course, there is Jay Bothroyd who has been a colossus in attack, hard working and contributing seven goals plus a couple in the Cups. He has had is transfer rumours the big one was Aston Villa also there was the one from the West but is that worth talking about.

Are there any bargains at the Cardiff City Stadium?
