I do know my spelling, grammar and punctuation is CRAP. I put it down to my lack of schooling preferring to mitch (truanting from school) rather than go to school. The joke is firmly on me now, which will bring a smile to any of my old English teachers.

Dave Jones after match comments

The Cardiff boss Dave Jones was unhappy with the performance of his team today at Doncaster sighting complacency within elements of his team. Cardiff drop down to second place in the table after the Doncaster defeat and will stay there pending on the outcome of the Monday game between Newcastle v Leicester.

It was Doncaster first victory of the season today which was disappointing for the Bluebirds also losing Jay Bothroyd with a reported knee injury manager Dave Jones will be hoping it will not be serious.

The Cardiff boss said about the game in the after match conference, "The first 20 minutes killed us.
"Do I feel happy? No I don't.
"I don't think we turned up in the first 20 minutes and you can't afford to do that to any team at this level.
"I think a couple of the lads might have taken their foot off the gas. They took the game to us and a few of my players weren't up for that today. You have to start at full pelt and a few of my players didn't and a few never got going.
"I have no problems with the result because fair play to Donny. They played well and harried us and closed us down. They played well and we didn't perform."
"They scored from a cheap corner that we conceded.
"And then for the second goal, the lad hit a shot which was going well wide but it deflected off one of their players and one of my players stayed in and played the lad onside.
"That should be a wake-up call for us."
