I do know my spelling, grammar and punctuation is CRAP. I put it down to my lack of schooling preferring to mitch (truanting from school) rather than go to school. The joke is firmly on me now, which will bring a smile to any of my old English teachers.

Oh McCormack

Assistant manager Tony Burton who was stand in for manager Dave Jones at the pre-match press conference before the Valencia game, talking about the Ross McCormack situation told he wanted the player to stay that is a statement backed by a large number of Cardiff City fans.

McCormack wants to invoke the 'gentleman's agreement' he had with Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale that he could talk to any premiership club shows interest in him. Cardiff have put a price on the head of last season top scorer of £5m, and the price in that ball park will only spark any interest for Ridsdale.

His thoughts on why he would move on are a bit strange to me, he says he don’t want to play second fiddle to Michael Chopra and Jay Bothroyd up front while he more often very not plays out of position wide in midfield. He wants to play upfront in attack but if he was to leave he would have no guarantee he would play in attack or he could end up benched.

Hull City the team rumored to by interest in him have been chasing 7+ strikers so far this summer and most have progress to the stage of personal details being discussed and still have had no luck. The Hull is not a fan of the transfer window said even if he rushes to get in some new forward, a poor start to the first half and he will be back looking for for transfer in January.

Bluebirds’ assistant manager Terry Burton said during the press conference, “Nobody is second fiddle at Cardiff City.
“Can you get away with only having two strikers over a season? No way. We will need four and we would like Ross to be part of that.”
On McCormack’s best position Burton admits, “His best position is probably as a striker.”
