There is nothing official, but the Wales on Sunday are reporting that Cardiff City have had a £300.000 bid for Motherwell defender Paul Quinn accepted, could he be Cardiff’s second signing. SPL club Hearts are also interested in Quinn but have only bid £100.000 leaving Cardiff way ahead in the race to sign him.Motherwell are manager less now but expect to have former Stockport County boss Jim Gannon in post before facing Llanelli FC on Thursday in the first leg of the Europa League first qualifying round and not affect the Quinn’s move if the paper is right about a deal being done.
